For the winter and ski lovers, Romania is a good choice for the winter holiday. You can discover the country through activities in the snow and add to your stay the unique experience of heli-ski.
You will be accompanied by the double world champion Austrian Martin Freinademetz. The Tours take place in the Tarcu Mountains in the western part of the South-Carpathian mountains. This being the winter-sports area with most snowfalls in Romania. The highest peak is Vârful Căleanu, 2.196 m. The Mountain range offers mostly easy terrain, a good selection of runs that have up to 800 m vertical drop. The mountain view is wonderful and the view from the helicopter makes the snowy day a unique experience.
